Welcome to Richard Lycett Photography.
I offer a very flexible service, allowing you to have what you wish on the day. No "gold" or "platinum" packages, compulsory albums etc. You only get what you want. But I do offer everything, should you wish.
Book me for your Wedding, you will get everything else you would expect from any other photographer; care and attention to the job in hand, plenty of discussion with you what you want from the day, pictures taken of the Bride's preparation beforehand (if requested), family groups, reportage (as many photographers do today, if you want it), Reception photographs and choice of albums, again, if you wish. Rates are competitive and will vary depending on how long you require my services, whether or not you require an album and location of the ceremony. I generally shoot in what photographers call a "relaxed style" and "reportage", which, in English, means candid photography, so subjects do not always know they are being photographed and are therefore more relaxed, and that the "story" of the events of the day can be fully captured. There will also be some formal group shots, as some of your guests may prefer this for pictures they may want to purchase. It is up to you, of course, what you put into your album.
Post-Shoot
Images will be cropped and enhanced as necessary. Enhancement includes any Photoshop retouching required. Other work I will do will be:
Photographs will normally be made available to see on my website within 7 days. This will allow others to see the day if they could not make it and enable ordering of their prints online. A wide variety of print sizes are available from 6"x4" up to 18"x12". Other options include canvas prints.
I use a professional lab that produces real photographic prints that will stand the test of time.
I also offer a flexible home portrait experience where I can bring my own studio to your home, allowing you and your family to take advantage of studio photography at a time and location to suit yourselves.
If you have been to a recent wedding and need to see the photographs for viewing and ordering, please email me, stating the name of the couple, date and location and I will direct you to the appropriate web address where the pictures are located. This is purely for the peace of mind of the couple concerned, who may not always desire free access to their photographs from the whole internet. All emails will be answered within 24 hours.

I am able to photograph your wedding wherever you are in the country. I am based in the Midlands, but with good access to the motorway network, I am never going to be too far away from you.
