We are able to cover your event wherever it is in the UK through having fully experienced photographers available for your events, and prices we quote include any travel and subsistence costs, so no nasty surprises! We possess mobile studio facilities incorporating a choice of backgrounds, studio lights and professional mobile printing equipment to facilitate the formal photography of guests. This is usually funded by you having sourced a sponsor, in the same way you may have a sponsor for the drinks reception. Words or logos of sponsors can even be incorporated onto the photograph to let your delegates leave with a lasting memory of the sponsor – something a bit more tangible than a bottle of wine! We have provided this service for events of well over a thousand delegates and is scalable to any number required.
