We possess mobile studio facilities incorporating a choice of backgrounds, studio lights and professional mobile printing equipment to facilitate the formal photography of guests. This is usually funded by you having sourced a sponsor, in the same way you may have a sponsor for the drinks reception. Words or logos of sponsors can even be incorporated onto the photograph to let your delegates leave with a lasting memory of the sponsor – something a bit more tangible than a bottle of wine! We have provided this service for events of well over a thousand delegates and is scalable to any number required.
